Terms of Service

You may use the studio to create pet artwork during the beta. What you can do with that artwork depends on your plan — see “License & usage rights” below. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your country.

Keep your login details secure — you’re responsible for activity on your account. Credits are consumed each time you generate. Paid credits are non-transferable and don’t expire while your account stays active.

Only upload photos you have the right to use. Don’t use Pawtist to create unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing material, or to impersonate others.

You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the artwork you generate. You grant us a limited license to store and process them only so the service can run and deliver your results.

Free and Plus accounts include a personal-use license: print, share and gift the artwork you generate, but don’t sell it or use it commercially.

An active Studio subscription includes a commercial license for artwork you generate while subscribed: you may sell physical or digital goods featuring that artwork (for example prints, merchandise or client deliverables), use it in marketing, and deliver it to paying clients. No attribution is required.

The commercial license is perpetual for artwork generated while your Studio subscription was active — cancelling later does not revoke rights to pieces you already created. Artwork generated outside an active Studio subscription stays personal-use.

The license covers your generated artwork, not the Pawtist brand: don’t resell raw access to the service, claim the underlying style system as your own, or use the Pawtist name or logo on your products.

Digital subscriptions and credit packs are sold and billed by Creem as Merchant of Record. Physical keepsake orders in the Shop are paid through PayPal.

Digital credits are generally non-refundable once generation starts except where required by law. Physical keepsakes are made to order from artwork you approved before paying; because each item is custom-printed, orders can’t be cancelled once production starts, but items damaged in transit are reprinted free — email support@pawtistai.com.

Physical keepsakes are made to order: production typically takes 2–4 business days, then US delivery about 3–8 business days in transit — most US orders arrive within 5–12 business days of purchase. We email you tracking the moment your order ships. International delivery times vary by destination, and any local customs duties or import fees are the recipient’s responsibility.

We continually add styles and improve the product, and may change features or pricing over time. We’ll give reasonable notice of material changes.

Pawtist is provided on an “as is” basis. AI output can be imperfect or unexpected — please review artwork before printing, ordering or sharing it.
