Account basics such as your email address, the photos you upload, the prompts and style choices you make, and basic device and usage information so the studio runs smoothly.

We use the photos you upload only to generate the artwork you ask for. We do not sell them, and we do not use them to train AI models. For deletion requests, contact support@pawtistai.com while self-serve deletion is being built.

To create your portraits, run your account and credits, keep the service secure and prevent abuse, and improve features and quality. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

Digital subscriptions and credit packs are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record. Physical shop orders are paid through PayPal. Payment providers receive the billing information needed to complete your purchase; we do not store full card numbers.

We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as your language. You can clear cookies at any time in your browser settings.

Generated images are delivered with temporary signed links. We keep the operational records needed to run credits, troubleshoot generation and respond to user requests while the beta is active.

You can access, export or delete your data, and opt out of marketing emails, by contacting us. We respond to verified requests promptly.
